This is why we hold onto outdated friendships, misaligned career paths, and beliefs that no longer serve us.

The Illusion of Control

Often, the things we refuse to let go of are the things we are most afraid of losing control over. But gripping tightly doesn't prevent loss; it merely prevents growth. It keeps our hands too full to receive anything new.

Making Space

Letting go is a deliberate practice of releasing your grip. It is trusting that when you close a door, you are not walling yourself in, but opening yourself up to the corridor.
